Farmer and the Dail Spring Market
Saturday, May 12th 8am-2pm

Our Fall Market was attended by over 1000 visitors shopping with our two dozen vendors so we are once again calling all local makers, crafters, artists, small business owners, and home business owners who'd like to showcase their products at our Spring Market!  We are looking for folks who create unique items that can't be found at the mall!  Items that have a story behind them, that show the work and love that go into creating something special.  Sound like you?  We'd love for you to be a part of our Spring Market!

We are once again renting a huge tent (40x120!), but this time it'll be bigger to allow our vendors a better layout for set up and our customers more room to shop!   The tent will be on the grass behind our bakery and we will have all vendors under the tent in 10x10 spaces + seating for customers under the tent too.  This will ensure a seamless event, rain or shine.  We'll have the usual Farmer and the Dail treats and sweets available that day, as well as a bounce house and yard games for kids to help get people to stay around, eat, hang out, and shop. Making your space interactive and fun while displaying your products is what will help make the market a success!  This is a great time for folks to shop for a Mother's Day gift!  The vendor fee for this event is $75 and this will go toward rental fees and advertising the event on Facebook through paid sponsored posts.  If you'd like to bring your own 10x10 tent, you can do so with a reduced fee of $45.

Vendors must be set up by 7:30 am on May 12th and must stay until 2pm.  This event is outside (rain or shine!).  Please note that since it's outside, there is no wifi so make sure you are bringing your Ipad/IPhone/whatever you use to run credit cards completely charged and connected to a device that doesn't need wifi to work (ex. an iPad with 4G or your phone with Square).  We will have the tent set up and marked off with numbered spots so you know exactly where to go.  Please note that vendors are responsible for providing their own tables to set up their space.

Since we have a limited number of vendor spots, we are very selective in the businesses that we choose.  We try to evaluate each application to make sure we are choosing a good mix of vendors with a variety of unique products that our customers will enjoy shopping.  Please give us time to look over applications and we will reach out to you by the second week of April about your application status.

We'd like to highlight each vendor participating on our Facebook event, so once approved and paid, please email me pictures to use in the post and a blurb about your business to  Posting on your own social media pages and sharing our Spring Market event will be very helpful in making sure people know about the market.  We are so excited for our Spring Market and can't wait to once again bring local businesses together and watch our community enjoy this lovely time of year!

We want vendors that have product at the market to be purchased and taken home that day. If you also offer custom orders, that's fine but we want vendors that have a booth full of products for people to buy right then! This market isn't for catalog/website ordering only vendors!
Do you need electricity? Please only say yes if you really need it, if you just need it for your laptop/iPad please charge completely before you arrive! Electricity fee- $20 *

As we review applications, we will contact you to let you know yours was approved and set up a link for you to pay your vendor fee online. A map of vendor booths will be sent out about 5 days before the event. *
