FATD SMS opt-in proof

These screenshots show the private owner opt-in form for Farmer and the Dail inventory alerts and its confirmation after submission. The form asks for the alert phone number and an unchecked consent box, with links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. After the owner submits, the app records the opt-in and shows a confirmation. The phone number is masked in the screenshots; only its last four digits are visible.
