Pool Party Waiver *

Reading and agreeing below is required to attend the FATD Pool Party! This will apply to both the FATD employee and their optional guest!

I understand that there will not be a lifeguard on duty and that I am responsible for myself and anyone I bring to the FATD pool party

I understand that FATD/Stacy & Zac are not responsible for any injury resulting from possible malfunction of pool equipment

I understand that FATD/Stacy & Zac are not responsible for any injury resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area

I understand that FATD/Stacy & Zac are not responsible for any injury resulting from unsupervised swimmers and divers colliding

I understand that FATD/Stacy & Zac are not responsible for any injury resulting from any activity in the pool or around the pool

I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.
